Artist Statement

Hidden Tower is a captivating artwork that invites viewers into a world of mystery and enchantment. Through the skillful combination of a neutral colour palette and fantastical imagery, this piece explores the convergence of contrasting elements and the hidden wonders that lie within our surroundings.

At the center of the composition, five giant white mushrooms emerge from the ground, becoming the focal point of the artwork. These oversized fungi symbolise growth, transformation, and the delicate balance of nature. Their pale colour contrasts against the earthy tones of the surrounding landscape, adding a touch of ethereal beauty to the scene. 

Perched atop the tallest mushroom, a giant brown and yellow butterfly rests, adding an element of whimsy and magic to the artwork.
